Granny, You Are Loved & You Are Missed

Sadly, we lost Brandon's Granny on 11 Sep. She lived for 95 years and was a wonderful ray of light in all of our lives. She always made you feel loved and her sense of humor was something I so very much loved about her. We traveled to St. Louis for her funeral services and we celebrated the life of one of God's most amazing & perfect angels. Her funeral was such a fantastic & moving tribute to her love of Christ, her love for her family, her legacy at Central Baptist Church & how she touched so many people's lives. Words truly can't describe Frankie Grace Fullilove Scott, but her funeral services came as close as they could to trying. We love you, Granny & we miss you already.

These are pics of Marshall, Patrick (B & Marsh's dad), Pierce & B at Granny's viewing.

I know what you're thinking....we're all aware of how very much they look alike! ;)

These are pics before Granny's funeral.

Here are Granny's children (from the bottom left, clockwise): Uncle Cleve, Aunt Mabel, Aunt Susie, & Cle (B's mom).

Here are Granny's grandchildren & one great-grandchild (there are 2) with Uncle Cleve. From the bottom left, working clockwise: Uncle Cleve, Alicia, Darren, Marshall, Brandon & Pierce.

Around The House

Here are a few pics of us around the house. Pierce was all about his tricycle (which is still a little big for him) & playing ball with us in the yard! So, he did end up in the mulch every now and again....it's all good!
Can I get a little help, please?
Are these not the cutest pics of a dad & his son playing chase together?!
Pierce was very intrigued by the grass, the hose, the mulch, etc.
How fine is my husband??!! Man...I am one lucky girl!
We bought Pierce his first bat & tee. At first he held the bat, like he was callin' for the fence...hilarious. He eventually hit the ball, but it was more of a chop than a swing. We'll keep workin' on it! Don't worry, though, the Phillies will be callin' in the near future!
I have no idea, but I love it!
A little sugar for Momma...
